Wayne has over 25 years experience working in the Community as a Groups Facilitator, Care C-Oordinator, Case Manager, Out Of Home Care Residential Manager, Mentor, Youth Worker, Family Support Worker, Supervised Contact/Family Time Worker, Foster Carer, Residential Care Worker, Juvenile Justice Officer, Youth Justice Conferencing Coordinator, Sessional Supervisor Juvenile Justice Community Service, Senior Youth Worker Juvenile Justice Custodial, Youth Worker with Homeless.

Wayne has lived on the Central Coast for over 50 years, working and playing sports across the area and has been involved in community activities and fundraisers. He also volunteers on Community Radio.
