You can refer a client, or self refer into our service. For free support, we do have eligibility criteria, otherwise, please see our pricing schedule. You don't need to fill out a special form to refer - you can book straight in. If this is your first contact with us, we'll email you the intake/information form to be filled in prior to your first chat with us.
